Cancellation Policy: To ensure you get the best customer service for all tattoo and piercing related services, when you book a piercing appointment or tattoo consultation online, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. PLEASE CALL US if you have questions before booking. Your deposit is applied toward the final cost of your piercing or the final price of your tattoo. We can pierce earlobes of individuals 16 yrs of age and under with parent/guardian consent. Both minor and parent must have a state issued I.D. Ages 16-17 can get most basic body piercings. Being more than 15 minutes late without callIng is considered a no show/no call and your deposit will be forfeited.
